| 16 October 2020 | Abstract submission deadline. You will be notified about acceptance/rejection with an email within five working days of receiving the submission. |
| 05 November 2020 | Final paper submission deadline. The paper must comply with the formatting requirements. You will be notified about acceptance/rejection with an email within five working days of receiving the submission. |
| 09 November 2020 | You will be asked to confirm the form of your presentation and that you will take part in the ICON BEST on ZOOM platform. In case no confirmation is received, the organizers have the right to change the form of your presentation |
