ICON BEST e International Scientific Congress in the covered areas as diverse as business, economics, sport and tourism, with the sole aim to foster the development of the scientific thought, through the participation of the scientists through the publishing of their scientific research and original scientific manuscripts containing analyzes and solutions to important theoretical and empirical legal issues.

On the International Scientific Congress the author's with their own works (individually or in co-authorship) participated scientists and businessmen from thirteen countries in seven areas: Tourism (Hotels and event management, sustainable development of tourism, cultural heritage and urban tourism); Marketing (marketing challenges of the new era, marketing theories and applications, Marketing research and strategies); Human resources (talent management and its impact on raising productivity, Modern trends in the management of human resources); Entrepreneurship (Innovation Management, Social Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurship); Public interest (Strategies of European integration for the Western Balkans, cross-cultural migrations); Economy (Analyses and projections of macroeconomic development, micro and mezo economics, international finance and banking) and education (philosophy of lifelong learning in the educational organizations).

On the congress were reported 82 authors from 72 scientific papers, which in many constructive determine the guidelines and directions of the positioning of the thematic content, aimed at raising the level and significance of the overall economic development.

Congress was opened by Ace Milenkovski PhD, Rector of the University, who greeted the guests and expressed satisfaction with the number of participants, in which he spoke about the University of Tourism and Management, which is his position, stressing that even on this day nine years ago he addressed his first academic speech at the Faculty of Tourism.

His plenary presentations had Zoran Ivanovic PhD. from the Faculty of Management in Tourism and Hospitality at the University of Rijeka, Croatia, Murphy Kolum PhD., from the School of Diplomacy and International relations, Switzerland, Gabriela Ramos Delfina PhD. From the Polytechnic Institute of Guarda, Portugal, Sam Vaknin PhD. from Allied Newspaper Group, USA and Nadzhija Kalbaska PhD., General Secretary IFFIT- International Federation for IT and Travel and Tourism, Switzerland.

The papers of the Scientific Congress ICONBEST 2015 will be published in an anthology, and the papers submitted and reviewed in accordance content, quality and prospect will find a place in "UTMS Journal of economics", which is entered in the database and indexed in the following international certificated bases data:
